Femelle en noir & blanc

Étrangement, cette année, le quartier est plein de chats errants noir et blanc (comme le pensionnaire de notre garage, Félix). Dans ce cas-ci il s’agit d’une jeune femelle qui vient se reposer de temps en temps avec ses deux chatons, profitant de l’ombre et de la protection de la jungle qu’est notre cour arrière. Félix lui voue un grand intérêt (peut être est-il le père des chatons?) qui n’est — malheureusement pour lui — pas réciproque car la demoiselle ne pense sans doute qu’à protéger ses petits. Il y a donc de nombreuses altercations qui agitent les tournesols et troublent la quiétude matinale… Elle est très timide et donc pas facile à photographier.

Cat-urday’s pictures : Strangely, this year the neighborhood is full of black and white stray cats (like our garage resident, Félix). In this case, it is a young female who comes to rest from time to time with her two kittens, enjoying the shade and the protection of the jungle that is our backyard. Félix has a great interest in her (perhaps he is the father of the kittens) which – unfortunately for him – is not reciprocal because the young lady probably only thinks of protecting her young. There are therefore many altercations which shake the sunflowers and disturb the morning tranquility … She is very shy and therefore not easy to photograph.
